These terms cover this website and the CrewNexo early-access list. CrewNexo is operated by Boltout. They are short because this site does very little: it explains what CrewNexo will be, and it takes your email address so we can tell you when it opens.
What these terms apply to
This page and the early-access signup on it. The CrewNexo product does not exist yet. When it launches it will have its own terms, and you will see them before you use it. Nothing here commits you to those.
Joining the list is not a guarantee
Joining the early-access list does not guarantee you access to CrewNexo, a place in any particular group of first users, or a launch in your area at all. We are collecting signups partly to decide where to launch first, which means some areas will come much later than others, and some may never open.
We give no launch date, and any timing we mention anywhere on this site is an intention rather than a promise.
It is free, and there is no contract
Joining the list costs nothing. There is no payment, no subscription and no trial. You owe us nothing and we owe you nothing beyond what this policy and our Privacy Policy say.
What we ask of you
Give us information that is accurate and yours to give. Sign up once for yourself or your business rather than repeatedly. Do not try to break, overload or work around the protections on the form, and do not use this site to send anyone unsolicited messages.
If a signup looks automated or abusive we may discard it without telling you.
Your information stays yours
The details you submit remain yours. By submitting them you allow us to use them for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy: contacting you about CrewNexo, and deciding where to launch. Nothing more.
Our content
The CrewNexo name, the wording and the design of this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for a competing product.
Any company names, crew profiles, job histories and numbers shown as examples on this site are illustrative and do not describe real businesses, real people or real results. They are there to show what the product will look like.
The site is provided as it is
We keep this page working and accurate as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from joining or not joining the early-access list.
Changes, and leaving
We may update this page, change how the early-access list works, or stop running it. If we do, the date at the top of this page changes.
You can leave at any time. Email hello@crewnexo.com and we will delete your record.
